Hi I'm Lisa-Marie

I am a mother to two young boys, a wife and the power house behind Moska Design and Style, my Interior Design company of 8 years and Design Boss Diary my business mentoring company, which has been created through a strong determination and passion to empower women in the design and support them to confidently grow a thriving, profitable business. I've developed a keen eye and meticulous attention to detail over the 15 years within the construction and design industry.

Through my own committed coaching, mentoring, and personal growth journey, I cultivated strong self-confidence and created a clear set of criteria for selecting clients and managing my business. This transformative journey over the last 8 years has allowed me to not only achieve success but to thrive by setting firm boundaries and maintaining high standards.

In my early years I learnt the hard way, overcome challenges and navigated my way through many mistakes, pit falls, overcoming self-limiting beliefs, Imposter Syndrome, PTSD and PND (twice!) which has contributed to the woman I am today.

The Design Destiny 6 month mentorship programme is not just another online programme where you’re left to navigate on your own. Unlike many courses/ programmes that offer content you consume in isolation, Design Destiny emphasises the power of community and personalized support. For six months, you’ll be part of a vibrant, like-minded community, where connection, accountability, and guidance are at the forefront. You’ll receive high-touch mentoring through the group and ongoing support to ensure that you’re not only learning but also growing within a network of peers who share your passion and goals. This programme is designed to be a transformative experience, where you’re never alone on your journey to success.

Design Destiny is a group mentorship programme where you get monthly modules to work through on our Zoom calls, necessary templates and resources based around that module, mindset sessions and email support within your business, I am not here to push you through the work and you are responsible for showing up and working through the content. You also are in an intimate community of other like minded designers where you can troubleshoot ideas, celebrate wins and network together which is priceless and invaluable, utilise the group as much as you can. Design Destiny is not deep 1:1 mentoring like my bespoke mentoring services such as The Intensive, The Ignition or The Visionary and you will not have 1:1 access through voice note, messenger or DM's. Any questions that do come through this method do need to be reapplied back through to the group setting and will be answered in there or via email. I will always answer as many questions as I can.
