Hi, I'm Lisa-Marie

As a mother of two young boys, a devoted wife, and the powerhouse behind Moska Design and Style, I have dedicated the past 8 years to leading my interior design company, Moska Interior Design. Alongside this, I now support other women through my latest business venture, Design Boss Diary, a business coaching and mentoring company.

My journey in the construction and design industry spans over 15 years, during which I have developed a keen eye and meticulous attention to detail, which I want to share with all of you.

With a fusion of strategy and mindset mentoring and coaching, my mission is to empower and support women to confidently make the right decisions in their interior design businesses. My passion lies in helping them grow and build thriving, profitable businesses that lead to their financial freedom.

Through my own committed coaching, mentoring, and personal growth journey, I have cultivated strong self-confidence and created a clear set of criteria for selecting clients and managing my business. The Design Destiny 6 month mentorship programme is not just another online programme where you’re left to navigate on your own. Unlike many courses/ programmes that offer content you consume in isolation, Design Destiny emphasises the power of community and personalised support. For six months, you’ll be part of a vibrant, like-minded community, where connection, accountability, and guidance are at the forefront. You’ll receive high-touch mentoring through the group and ongoing support to ensure that you’re not only learning but also growing within a network of peers who share your passion and goals. This programme is designed to be a transformative experience, where you’re never alone on your journey to success.

Design Destiny is a group mentorship programme where you get monthly modules to work through on our Zoom calls, necessary templates and resources based around that module, mindset sessions and email support within your business, I am not here to push you through the work and you are responsible for showing up and working through the content. You also are in an intimate community of other like minded designers where you can troubleshoot ideas, celebrate wins and network together which is priceless and invaluable, utilise the group as much as you can. Design Destiny is not deep 1:1 mentoring like my bespoke mentoring services such as The Intensive, The Ignition or The Visionary and you will not have 1:1 access through voice note, messenger or DM's. Any questions that do come through this method do need to be reapplied back through to the group setting and will be answered in there or via email. I will always answer as many questions as I can.
